I went on liberty pass last monthand after reset, connectivity is almost nonexistant.

I went on liberty pass last month and after reset on the 16th of this month, connectivity has been almost non existant. I keep getting the message that it can find the server, or cant connect to the server. My router shows I'm connected, but the lights don't blink like they normally do when transfering data. I did a network check and windows says i have no issues. It connects fine at 2AM when I don't need it! Almost acts as if i was never reset from liberty pass, but my data usage on the website was reset. Not quite sure how i used 3.5gb when I can never connect. I cant believe theres not a better way to get broadband these days.
