I was told if I used all my data I could still use the internet but, it would be slower..My bill went up $15.00 and I don't know why.. Why is my bill more when it has been stated I can use the internet when I run out of data..I was told it would just be slower and I would not be charged anymore
Exede does not charge if you if you reach your data limit. If you’re approaching your data cap or you’ve already passed it. You can always take advantage of the “Buy More” feature through your MyExede Customer Portal at myexede.com. Buy More is $9.99/GB. Please send us an email with your account and contact info to firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be more than happy to review your invoice to see were the extra $15.00 came from.
