I was just wondering if anybody else was deceptively drawn in by the exede 10GB plan with the promotion of 20GB for six months. Here is how it works. They told me and probably countless others that the 20GB promotion would more than likely become permenant if it went over well. Now the promo is ending and I'm stuck with the 10GB plan. They made it sound so attractive and almost concrete but don't believe their deceptiveness. Has anyone else experienced this?

that makes absolutely no sense, we're going to give you bonus data on a temporary promotional basis , but if it goes over well make a permanent lol.

The representative, salesman, who ever told you, that I would have got there name, address telephone number , badge number, social security number, so I could have thrown it in their face for proof later on. If it sounds too good to be true , It probably is.

So when you called and plead your case about what the rep promised you....what happened?

I have never even heard of any plan like that. If someone gave information on a plan like that they must have been half a sleep or taking medication. Better check and see if person gave you that information is even working.

I have the exact same plan 10GB with double 6-month promo...and I understood it very clearly that it was just that a 6-month promo and after that I only have 10GB unless I buy a bigger plan

It was presented to me as "more than likely they will stick with the 20GB if the promo goes over good". The lady that pushed that has been fired from what I can gather but still the she was a company representative at the time I signed on so I feel like some consession should be made to those that were sold that line.

Apparently it didn't go over well. Doesn't seem cost effective to give 20 GB for the price of 10 permanently. Everyone with 10 GB plans would want double the data for free.. Yes, that would be great for us subscribers but, it isn't good business sense. That representative should have known that.

You are also free to change plans at any time if you find that you need more data each month.
