i was double charged without my authorization and customer service is bad

i paid my bill, my service got cut off, i called and the rep did not find the credit, advised me to pay 20??? so i did, service got back on and instead of 20, i have a charge of 142.13 that i did not authorize on that card..i had paid 142. on my credit card, i have called back, i get rude customer service, and who do i contact about this transaction??? some customer rep gave me an incomplete email, i mean seriously guys what the hell is going on over there? and i get another rep telling me that i owe more money? really? my statements make no sense, either!

If having billing issues that can't be resolved by phone, your best bet is to send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com and include your account and contact information (do not post it here since this is a public forum and the ViaSat moderators here can't determine that information from your profile here).

I'll be more than happy to look at your billing and find out why this happened and take whatever actions that would be required.
