i paid my bill, my service got cut off, i called and the rep did not find the credit, advised me to pay 20??? so i did, service got back on and instead of 20, i have a charge of 142.13 that i did not authorize on that card..i had paid 142. on my credit card, i have called back, i get rude customer service, and who do i contact about this transaction??? some customer rep gave me an incomplete email, i mean seriously guys what the hell is going on over there? and i get another rep telling me that i owe more money? really? my statements make no sense, either!
