I've been waiting for over a week to try and get back in touch with you people to fix the issue between my network and my printer not able to communicate, and I already did everything I needed to do with the "Brothers printer" and I tried to get help with Exede ref. # 20808981 I did all the "power cycling" and still my WIFI printer does not communicate.

You are not going to any help with your printer issue...theu may reference some "do it yourself" fixes.....

They will mot send a tech or spend any payroll hours to try to get your wireless printing to work
