I want to say thank you!!!

I have had Exede for almost 4 years now and I have to say it has been great. A hiccup here and there, but nothing major. I have had consistent speeds and when I have had to call, which maybe 5 times the whole time I had service, tech support was helpful.

I know people have issues with their systems and I feel bad they they don't have the great experience I am having. Most of this forum is people complaining about service not working right, installers being lazy and I know that sux. To the people having issues, I hope you get some type of resolution and get your issues fixed.

To the people that complain about gaming. You can NOT game on this, the latency is terrible for gaming. The speeds maybe there, but the latency will kill you every time. Someone was asking when the Freedom plan would be available on their beam, that won't help it. The latency is still the same.

I had the Classic, Liberty, and now Freedom. I have experience all levels service and they have all been great. They have all worked as advertised. I am a heavy user of the service. I stream and do everything that people with land based internet do. 

This is NOT to bash anyone complaining. I just wanted to put something positive out there for our Exede experts that respond to every ones problems.

I have only been with Exede for about two months now, but I am happy as can be with Exede. After 4 years with Hughesnet, terrible customer service, slow speeds and constant loss of internet, I followed the advice of my neighbors, friends and a few of the regulars on this forum and made the switch. Now I am enjoying the internet without constant loss of signal, or terrible speeds.

Thank you Exede for providing a great service to us country folks.

Thank you - yes my day did get better. My a/c has been broken since Sunday and today the part arrived and I fixed it. It has been reaching 90 inside in the afternoon. Heaven to have the a/c running again.
