Hi  Cissy,  Please call Customer Service at 866.945.3258. 
They will be happy to assist you with resetting your password or taking your payment. you can also reset your password by going to the myexede portal.  Here is an article that explains how to use it; http://help.exede.net/articles/General/Get-to-know-the-MyExede-customer-portal
