I called a week ago and cancelled my account why am i still being billed!

I was told I can only cancel my account on my billimng date. I called on my billing date to cancel, and they told me they had already charged me for the next month, and they do not give refunds. How do I cancel my account?

Hi Paul, in order for you not to be charged after you disconnect your services through Exede. You must make sure you cancel your services on or before your billing cycle, therefore you’re not charged for another month of service.
