I want my internet to work properly and stop dropping usage

I called on 12/3/15..work Order# ESVT_ANT_22933819.... I have not seen anyone here or heard from anyone...talked to BILL.....when will my service be corrected?

Two days ago my billing period ended and my data allowance was reset, but my speeds have not come up at all. I want this problem fixed immediately or I am switching providers.
