I used 24% of my 10 gab in 4 days what am I doing wrong

My modem is connected 24/7/365. It is powered through a UPS, as is my router and Exede phone adapter. In my over 3 1/2 years on Exede I have never seen any data reported by the Exede meter that does not agree with what my ASUS router reports.

You should send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com, include your account number and phone number, and have the moderators look at your data usage. They can tell if your modem is operating normally, and give you a breakdown of how your data is being used.
