Excede said its on their end & its bein fixed but I too am losing data & yes I leave my router unplugged, noone knows, passcode, i live by myself & only download at freezone times. Rarely ever use during day & if i do its just email or checking reg web pages. Exede told me they are in the phases of fixing it they said the gateway beam I'm on needs a patch. I had 20gb unplugged router woke up to 12gb by next day i reached my limit. I used my internet this month total of 4 times. To check my email, check my usage data & to look one thing up on a webpage. I too have felt like Exede doesn't care. I wasn't going to even post after i saw what you did to that girl who was trying to get help for same issue. But I have same dang thing happening & was also never called or emailed back. The first few times i called Ecede i too was talked down to . When they said I don't believe you thats calling me a liar . Exede says i was downloading from 1pm-4am straight. Impossible. I work & router was unplugged . Spoke to someone yesterday about the patch that Julie Kat was talking about & yupp she was right i too am on one of the core node gateway beams that need to be patched. You guys owe her an apology. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't have that & i would be still arguing with Exede. Even during freezone its been so slow I have given up. So no Exede doesn't care aboit its customers & I don't understand how this Exede forum u say u wanna help people but then you treat them like garbage when they have a problem. This isn't middle school it's a forum & how the moderators just let it go on inexcusable. Im sure you will now say I'm crazy too bla bla bla . Go ahead just thought I'd let you know she was right & thanks to her I'm getting all my data back.
