I thought Exede offered support.

My email continues to be screwed.  Exede continues to put support folks on poor phone lines with heavy accents.  No one seems to understand email. I need to find another ISP, this one has no right to charge what they do and treat customers this way.  Hell, I had much better service with plain Wildblue.

imap does not work with the Thunderbird client.  Using imap no folder shows up in the client and adding new ones does not work.  All old email was lost.  I had to add an account with the old googlemail settings (this imap does work) to retrieve my old email and switch to pop3 for the new email.  I am now in the process of notifying my correspondents of my gmail address so I can migrate away from the wildblue email.

All anyone at Exede/Wildblue wants to do is to read off their troubleshooting sheet and have me do a reset.  Well it's been reset enough times to satisfy the century.  My email is hosed and so is the service at Exede.  Never, since email began, (yes, I have used email that long) have I ever seen such a mismanaged service.

As soon as I find another ISP, I'm gone.
