I signed up this past Wed Feb 24th for the Liberty 10 plan. they installed on Monday the 29th and said my only option now is Classic 10. They changed over the weekend. They would not honor what they sold me and said I could ship the equipment back. That is just crazy

My opinion here is that if you agree to have a particular service installed while it was being offered that the plan you agreed to should be honored. Unfortunately I don't think Exede has any way of doing this with their current system.
