Confused about plan options

I signed up this past Wed Feb 24th for the Liberty 10 plan. they installed on Monday the 29th and said my only option now is Classic 10. They changed over the weekend. They would not honor what they sold me and said I could ship the equipment back. That is just crazy

I signed up for what was available in my area and excede did not honor what they sold me. i was even handed the Liberty brochure when the installer arrived!!!!

This seems to be happening frequently.  Many, many times when plans switch customers had one thing scheduled just to find out that it is no longer available by the time the installer comes out to put it in.   Unfortunate but it happens.

My opinion here is that if you agree to have a particular service installed while it was being offered that the plan you agreed to should be honored.  Unfortunately I don't think Exede has any way of doing this with their current system.
