I purchased insurance on my devices when I ordered my exede service but I can't find out anything about it.

do you mean the Easy Care that can be added to your account? I suppose it's sort of insurance, you pay a small monthly fee to have it and, if service is needed, you don't pay extra for the service call.

If Easy Care is not what you mean, I don't know what insurance you have, unless it's through a local dealing, in which case they should have any information you need about it.
