Have you unplugged your modem/router?

Hi Renee,   You data should rest.  Has it done so? Ad DSI-Daniel suggested, power cycle  your modem and router.  If that does not reset your data, please send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com

I have unplugged mine 3 times...why wont my internet turn back on!
