I no longer wish to have my payment to be taken out of my bank account automatically. How do I change that to pay by phone?

I made a mistake when I set up an automatic payment from my bank account. How do I change it so that I make my payment by telephone?

You can call into Customer Care at 855-463-9333 and ask to remove your payment information.  If you do this, you'll need to make a manual payment every month on the billing date, or risk being suspended for non-payment.
They do not have automated telephone payments, if you call to pay they charge a service fee, 5 dollars I think. better to make a one time payment using a credit or debit card. The C/S rep will likely try to get new bank or credit card info, just tell them you are not providing any and do not authorize any automatic payments.

This is their customer agreement with you:

G. Payment Authorization. You authorize Viasat to charge your credit card or debit card (“Card Payment”), or initiate an electronic funds transfer out of your bank account (“EFT Payment”) for payment of all or any portion of your Service fees, the Termination Fee, if applicable (and/or any other applicable termination fee) and any other amounts payable under this Agreement, until such amounts are paid in full, unless you live in a state where Viasat is required under applicable law to accept another method of payment or Viasat has agreed to accept another method of payment from you.

You have protections – including the right to stop automatic payments

Federal law provides certain protections for recurring automatic payments. You have the right to stop a company from taking automatic payments from your bank account, even if you previously allowed the payments. For example, you may decide to cancel your membership or service with the company, or you might decide to pay a different way.

If you decide you want to stop automatic debit payments from your account:

Call and write the company. Tell the company that you are taking away your permission for the company to take automatic payments out of your bank account. This is called “revoking authorization.”

"wishplus" taking money out of your bank account has nothing to do with ViaSat, so why complain about it on a ViaSat forum?
