I never received a welcome kit email. Hence, I have no virus protection.

I keep reading about this alleged "email containing a welcome kit for new customers in which I can find my product registration key for f-secure." However, I have received no such.

I never got one either 2+ years ago. I ask about this a week or two ago and they said to send a message to exedelistens@viasat.com about it, but I forgot about it until I saw your message here.

Thank you, David. I'm on the phone with them now. If this attempt is to no avail, I will send an email.

Hello guys. David I've responded to your email so we should be set up there. Stephen are you still needing your welcome information? If so email us at exedelistens@viasat.com

Thanks

Got your message. Thanks. I didn't know there was a welcome kit, so I didn't know I missed it.

They have the new guy working the weekends, don't they? :-)

Ha. It has been well over 2 years and I never received anything. I tried when I first gotten the service several times to get info to receive the protection but to no avail. I finally gave up and bought some.

Hello Betty,

The welcome kit is sort of a overview of the service and how to use it. Probably the biggest part is the F-secure anti-virus activation key. Most of the welcome kit info can be found here http://help.exede.net/articles/General/5118
