IF I switch right now to the Essential 10 plan, will I be able to use fast data speeds until 8 am?

This is a forum. It is not 'Live' so when asking a question or making a reply, the recipient may not respond for a considerable time.

The answer to your question is the late night free zone for that plan does in fact end daily at 8 am.  That free zone starts daily at 3 am.

You may be able to change your plan online, within your Exede dashboard.  The link to change plans is located in the "My Account" section.

Hello Don,
As Craig mentioned, this is a forum and not quite the best route for immediate help. Our phone support number is 855-463-9333. With that said, once you change plans usually a reboot of the modem will get your running on the new plan.

You can manage your account including billing information by logging into my.exede.net.

If that fails, you can contact customer care at 855-463-9333. For other options, see:

http://www.exede.com/customer-support/

This is a public forum and your login here isn't really associated with your Exede (or Wildblue) account.

However, if both of those options don't work you can also send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com and include your account and contact information.

Sorry, but I had to remove some of  your post because this is a very public and open forum so you definitely don't want any of your payment or account information out in the open. Hopefully by now you've either logged in to my.exede.net or called the support number 855-463-9333. Like Old Labs said, you can also email us at exedelistens@viasat.com and by doing that you can include your information.
