i need to know if you guys finally found the modem i sent back yet

i sent two boxes back to you guys and you guys only found one and now im getting a bill for a modem i dont have ! i am checking back to see if you guys found it yet it has to be there cause i sent both boxs back the same day one on the corner of m st here in tulare the other at a store on k st which is here in tulare also
