Hello,
I am the admin for a mail server at our school, Rift Valley Academy. the server address is mail.rva.org. Currently your mail server mx.wildblue.net has us blacklisted and thus emails to your customers from us are bouncing. I'm wondering how this can be resolved. We are clean on the public blacklists according to mxtoolbox.com. Please contact me if you need to at computer@rva.org or dtilly@rva.org or if those bounce... david.tilly@aimint.org. Here is the error message our mail server is generating:

: host mx.wildblue.net[69.168.102.194] refused to talk
to me: 550 5.7.1 [C10] RBL restriction: Blacklisted by Internal Reputation
Service - 41.215.79.241

David, this is a public forum, not a direct way to contact WildBlue/Exede/Viasat. Please send and email with your contact information and, the details of the issue to exedelistens@viasat.com so that a Viasat employee can get it to the right person, and get this resolved, or explained for you.

Thanks. It didn't appear to be public until I submitted it and then I couldn't seem to delete it. Is there a way to delete my post?

Not after a certain amount of time but, one of our Moderators will come along sometime today and delete this thread for you. I will ask them to make sure it goes away for you.
