I moved and called on a Friday to cancel for the coming Monday. They told me I couldn't do that and would need to call back Monday. I said "ok, I'll call back." Unfortunately you inaccurately disconnected me immediately on the Friday. I of course lost 3 days of internet and could not retrieve my past 4 months billing statements for my employer to reimburse me with. I was then told I would have to sign a 24 month contract to get my internet back (even though it was Exedes error.) I need those billing statements.
