I need to find old billing statement but you've disconnected me

I moved and called on a Friday to cancel for the coming Monday. They told me I couldn't do that and would need to call back Monday. I said "ok, I'll call back." Unfortunately you inaccurately disconnected me immediately on the Friday. I of course lost 3 days of internet and could not retrieve my past 4 months billing statements for my employer to reimburse me with. I was then told I would have to sign a 24 month contract to get my internet back (even though it was Exedes error.) I need those billing statements.

Send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com and they can get those to you. Include your old account number or phone or email tied to that account

I'm confused. Dale contacted EXEDE about the misinformation about the time his account was to be closed and was told he would have to sign a 24 month contract to get his internet back, to simply get billing statements to get reimbursement from his employer. . KNIGHT RIDER responds with the tiresome instructions for Dale to contact exedelistens@VIASAT.COM and they could provide what he needed. My question is, why weren't DALE'S concerns dealt with on his initial contact, instead of being told he has to sign a 24 month contract, a totally ridiculous response to his important issue? The constant wild goose chase EXEDE customers are instructed to go on when immediate action by the vendor is called for, is humiliating, uncalled for, and an obvious maneuver to frustrate the customer to discontinue their search for satisfaction. I am in contact with the FCC and I'll find out what can be done about these situations. A company just doesn't treat customers in this manner and continue with less that called for service. I am highly disappointed with EXEDE.

Charley, Once you cancel your service you can no longer get in to myexede site to view your bill or anything.  So at that point yes the phone support should have been able too get him a copy. Why they said about having to sign back up I have no idea.  Thats why I don't and the rest of us champions dont contact phone support we just contact Lindsey, Diana or Brad directly via the email address.  It's easier and less hassle then the phone support.
