I need this month's installer ID to finish the swap process to my new wifi modem

I'm finishing up the process of swapping my old modem with the new wireless modem. However, I'm prompted at the end to put in an installer ID. I called contact support over the weekend and they said they wouldn't have this month's ID until this week. I'm just following up with that.
