There are a number of ways to recover a forgotten WiFi password. See:

and when all else fails it's a matter of doing a hard reset on the router.

If you're using the Exede wifi modem see if this works:

If you'd prefer to change your network name and/or password, use the following process: 1 After setting up the Exede WiFi Modem, type the IP address into your internet browser. 2 When prompted, log in using the username “admin” and password “admin”.

For a cookie??  I'm on it!!!

On the back of your modem is a sticker.  The default wifi name (SSID) is there, usually it's exede#### (with numbers).  The password is labeled as "key."

If you've changed your wifi name or password, follow the instructions in the link below to change them again!

Sharon, there are 2 different password, one for wifi, the other for getting into the modem....the admin one.

There is a sticker on either the side or bottom of the modem that has the admin password. I suggest taking a pic with your phone so you can zoom in on it....it can be difficult to distinguish an l from an i.
