I missed a payment due on the 4th family emergency doe's anyone. No the grace period before I loose service

Timing on suspension of service may be different depending on which day your bill is due each month, so I'd suggest you get in touch with one of our Care agents at 855-463-9333.  There is usually a span of time where you'll still have service after the bill due date has passed, but a Care agent can speak specifically to your case.
