I’m frustrated that I have made 3 calls and still can’t send emails

I have made three telephone calls to customer service. For a couple of weeks I could send emails but not receive emails. By the time the service rep help me out, I can now receive emails but I can no longer send them. The last call was blaming Microsoft. We have Wildblue and no apparently knows the correct settings for it to work with Outlook. I keep getting server proxy errors and messages to contact server, which is useless. Hours wasted and I am about done!

Use Yahoo mail to gmail. You will be much better off in the long run.
