I keep getting timed out message when I ty to log on. What is the problem?

Hello Peter,
Is this when you try logging into my.exede.net? If so are you having issues when you go to other sites?

I have the same problem when going to check my usage. Tells me I've timed out. I have to do it twice almost every time. This started about 2-3 weeks ago.

This has been happening with me for 2 days now. I havent been able to get to my dashboard at all. No issues on other sites.

Happens every so often for me too. Also, sometimes the dashboard takes far too long to load. (Up to 2 1/2 minutes.)

I've found an answer - sort off. Not sure why, but when I go to the sign-in page I wait 10-15 seconds before typing my name/password. Might be coincidence, but it's worked the last 3-4 times that I've done it.

Guess we've just been too fast for EXEDE. (grin)

Same here. I've had this problem ever since WB changed over to Excede management. I have "reset" my password several times (back to the same password each time) and then it works. But later that same day it won't work even though nothing changed. Today I tried Glenn's suggestion and it worked. I made sure I opened a fresh sign in page, then waited before signing in. Today I got lucky.
