I just want to return my equipment. That’s all!

Trying to return equipment. Called 3 times, couldn’t track empty return boxes. Now I have no time to get it back and your plan to charge me will come true. I am contacting my legal council. No response and terrible customer service. What a scam!

Also, ignore the message you got that the case was closed.  We've noticed this error popping up for the past couple of weeks.  Your case is NOT closed.
