I just moved/ How do I set up my new account access?

My old account id and password are not accepted anymore but I do not see a way to set up a new account.

Did you do the move yourself or did a qualified technician do it? It sounds like you may have moved to a different beam from what you were in previously. If so, your modem must be re-provisioned and you may have to get a new account. An Exede tech needs to look at your situation to see exactly what you may need to do.
