How slow? Have you done a speed test? Your speeds will slow down from time to time due to congestion or weather conditions but if it is slow all the time, you either have an installation or equipment problem and should ask for a service call. You will not be charged for service during your first 90 days. If you call tech support or better yet your installer, they can look at your modem stats and get an idea of what is going on.
