I haven't moved, but connection says "out of range"

I used my original 10G, purchased 3G more and last night purchased 2G, but the connection says it's "out of range"

Tom, is this a wifi connection you are speaking of? If so, do you have the Wifi modem or, a stand alone router?

If this is hard wired, there is an issue with the modem or your account and, calling Customer Care at 855-463-9333 would be your fastest resolution.
