Modem isn't working properly

Went to modem web page, shows nothing on signal meters and status: scanning

seems quiet a few people had the same issues lately and I was told my dish needed realigning but the tech rescheduled for another day  and everything mysteriously went green. check it through in your browser bar where you type www. web addresses  also check it with esvt and see if it shows any issues their.
