I agree. Diane, right now I have to use my data on my phone to do this. In July, I talked to you about not getting the F-Secure subscription key in my welcome letter that was free for one year. You finally sent me one. Then a week or so ago a message popped up saying my subscription has expired. I have only had Exceed since May 28 or 29 of this year. I asked for help they said case closed. Report again. I did. Said someone would get back with me in 24 hours. No. I replied still waiting 3 times. Then an unrealistic email came. Didn't help whatsoever. I don't have F-Secure and I am entitled to it. Can you help me again?
