Thanks for reaching out and bringing this to our attention, sorry for the trouble you've had with your modem. You should not have to reboot your modem that often in order for it to work correctly for you. Sounds like there may be some internal problems going on with your modem. Diana and Lindsey are right, something is wrong and, my guess would be the modem itself. That usually means a service call so contact them, they will offer Easy Care, if you don't have it and, that makes a service call much easier to afford.

You should not need to reboot the modem unless you have a power protection system that turns your whole system off after a set amount of time idle. I do not reboot mine unless the power goes out and, my generator runs out of fuel, forcing the restart of everything. Except for heavy storms or maintenance, mine stays connected 24/7.
