i have submitted a payment and it has not gone through yet

on 8-24-2016 i had a notification stating i need to update my payment method but it has not changed so i was told to by you all to go on line to make a one time payment i did then today 8-29-2016 i still have the payment still in my account so i went back on line to send it again
