I have really slow internet. Why?

We can stream or download video. Pages and pictures take a long time to load

because of peek hours. also the peek hours are from. 5pm to 2am. also since its summer time for the kiddies... itll be alotta slowness... BUT!!! NOT TOO SLOWNESS :D i can stream youtube videos and download videos and also play my ps4 online :D but yeah... also peek hours is when EVERYONE that gets off work tends to use it to watch videos and relax :3 but now it should be out of peek hours its like 2:19am for me right now and i have good speeds :3

Hi Stan,  We'll take a look at your account.  If you are online during peak hours, as Tirzzy mentioned, your speeds will be slower  which will make it more difficult to download videos.  Please send your account information to exedelistens@viasat.com and we can take a look at your account to see if that's the issue.

I might suggest getting UBlock or UBlock Origin, depending on your browser. It blocks ALL media above a certain size and, you can specify the size of media elements you want to load. It also provides ad blocking and, using it will improve page load times since all of the stuff you don't want or need to see will not load. You can simply right click to allow larger element temporarily, like to see family pictures on Facebook or whatever.

Mine has had trouble loading pages for over a week. I can't even get MyExede to liar so I cam check usage. This is true even at 4 AM. We do not stream videos or watch movies on internet. Ideas?

Theresa, you should contact Exede if it is slow at all times, even if you have not exceeded your data allowance for the month. https://www.exede.com/contact-us-exede/
