I appreciate the help from Diana, and Lyndsey...they have been awesome, but no matter what we do (yes we have turned off all notification on the devices, FB automatic video's are turned off, all updates are turned off, changed the password, we do not watch any video's until after midnight). I now have a monitor just to see what is going on...also, we do not upload any photo's until after midnight (if it will even work at times, we are photographers...so it is hard to run a business doing it this way). My contract is up and we are looking for another option. We have tried to do everything possible to fix this, I think it is time to wipe off our feet and go somewhere else! I know there has to be a problem with so many people complaining about usage going so fast...
