I have NOT been happy with this service since I got it! I hate losing service every time it rains or the wind blows! I'm also NOT happy about the fact that they don't even maintain their own equipment. WE have to pay anytime there is a problem with the equipment. I can't wait until my contract is up!!!

Hello Linda,

I'm sorry for the issues you are having. We have a few ways to avoid an expensive service call. First if you're brand new we cover the first 90 days. Otherwise we have a plan in place that is very similar to other providers in the industry. EasyCare is only $5.99/month and covers service calls as long as you continue having easycare 90 days after the appointment. This covers the cost of us sending dealers out to homes and for the labor. $95 vs aprox $18 if you were to compare both options. I totally agree with you linda. This company is not what its cracked up to be.
