I have no service. My browser just shows: Welcome to Service Act.... What’s the problem???

See yesterday's thread concerning this issue - you'll need to contact Exede to get it fixed or wait it out (it's not happening to everyone).

Hi Robin,  We're sorry you received the Service Activation message.  As Old Labs mentioned, we did have an outage.  Is your service working now?  If not, please send an email to exedlistens@viasat.com. We'll check your account for any other issues.

This usually happens during an outage or a maintenance for me. So, if it occurs late at night (early morning around 1am it is usually a maintenance).
