I have no Internet service. How do I troubleshoot?

The Motorola modem power light is solid blue light, first satellite light is flashing blue, other 2 lights are out. I have powered down and unplugged, but no help.

Hi Phyllis,

We don't use Motorola hardware in our installations, our modems are self-branded.  Is this a wireless router you're talking about?
