Possible maintenance on your beam. It happens a lot late Sunday night/early Monday morning.

If it's a one off, temporary thing it could also be due to weather at your gateway location.

Not sure how long you have had your service, but as Gabe said anything more than a light rain typically will cause outages.

Light rain doesn't cause outages. Generally it takes lightning or extremely thick clouds and rain to knock out service. You can check your signal strength with any browser pointed at 192.168.100.1.

All depends on location. If you are on the edge of a beam with a low SNR to begin with, you will lose connection easier.

Yep. Also, the further north your location, the more cloud cover and rain your signal has to go through due to the lower angle of the satellite.

What is your RxSNR reading when you are connected?

It would go up and down to 1.4, 1..3, 1.6 DB is that normal or not.

No that is way too low to maintain a constant connection. Was there weather? If not, something else is wrong.

You need to check and report your RxSNR when you have good weather and report that here.

Jazzy, your RxSNR is way too low. You will need a service call most likely your dish needs repointing or your equipment is in failure. RxSNR should be at a minimum of 4.0, but the closer to 10.0 the better.

I wonder if bad ground, a faulty connector, or a problem with the cable.
