My internet stopped working almost 2 weeks ago. When I first called they said my dish was misaligned then when I called back they said it wasn't it's something else. After numerous call I still have no internet and I'm not paying for something I can't use. Customer service said I have to wait for the repair guy to call me and its been over a week and I haven't got a call yet. Customer service gave me a number for the repair guy and when I called it is no longer in service. I'm about ready to cancel my service.
