I have never got an email from exede so I cannot set up my user name

I am a user of Viasat thru Direct TV. I have automatic payment set up but I want to be able to log on and look at my data usage. I have never received an email from this company.

Call them:  1-855-894-5665 and have the credit card used at installation handy to identify yourself.

Shame on your installer for not setting this up for you.  We set this up for all our customers and show them how to access it and change info.  

It is easy for you to set up.  Go to my.exede.net , click on NEW USER, click on USE MAC ADDRESS, then enter the MAC Address which is found on the bottom of your modem, it looks similar to this 00:A0:BC:11:22:33, then enter the phone number you set the account up under.  Then just follow the rest of the prompts to choose a USER NAME, PASSWORD, and SECURITY RESET WORD.  

If any of these fails, try again, and if it fails again, give the customer service number a call that comes up on the screen.
