I have made 3 separate requests for a call from a manager and I have been waiting since June 26, 2017. I was told that there would be a credit on my bill and I did not see the credit. I also have not received a call back.

Runaway, the best thing to do is email your account and contact information to exedelistens@viasat.com and tell them the details of why the refund was promised and that you did not get it. They can look into it and see what went wrong.
