I have had nothing but problems with my system

I have had nothing but problems with my system since the tech used my computer to finalize setup of service. Now the company is withdrawing money from my bank account after I bill was already paid and refuseing to give money back. Will be switching service provider. This company is as crooked as all get out

I have tried talking to your customer service dept . They doubled billed me and then tell me that the double payment has been placed as credit to next months bill. The bill was paidd prior to due date. Was told that is not a problem That I would NOT be billed a second time. When I noticed the error on execeds end I immediately called them I am being told that if I want a refund it will be 7-14 days. for refund.. So I am to tell my wife she has to wait 14 days to finish buying groceries because execed lied to me and are now refusing to give us our money back. Or do I put food in the house and tell my landlord he has to wait... JUST A BUNCH OF CROOKS

I will say this.... we put a man on the moon....and when we buy things that money gets taken INSTANTLY..... im a computer technician..... how on earth can we nkt refund a charge instantly.... this whole....5-7 days thing is a scam , by companys to make money and interest off your money...... you took it I stantly....give it back when you otice your mistake I stantly....apply it to next months bill.....lol they cant do that.
