This is not normal. I have never had any interruption in my internet while using my Exede voice connection. Are you sure that your Exede Voice adapter is connected properly, it must be the first device after the modem, before the wireless router or any computer.
Hello Tab, Your phone should work with the internet without any interruption of service. Please send your information to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can see if we can pinpoint why this is happening.
If you are using a wireless device for internet access and a wireless phone and they both run on the same frequency that can cause this. It isnt often we find this but I have run across it enough it is one of the things I check when quirky stuff like this happens.
