The problem with that is where I live which is out in the woods. I can’t call you due to very poor cell service. Which is why I’ve asked several times for a repair person

Unfortunately, we cannot provide direct account specific support, such as building service calls, through this forum.  If you are unable to call Customer Care at the number Brad listed above, you can go to https://www.exede.com/contact-us/.  Scroll down to the bottom, there is a link to chat with an agent.  

Explain that you do not have telephone access on site, and walk them through the troubleshooting steps you've already taken.  They should be able to build a work order at that point.  If they still can't, then email us at ViasatListens@viasat.com
