How to pay bill

I received a notice from Exede that my bill was due. Exede does not send bills. How do we know how and where to pay. I was able to access the Exede Web site and tried to pay with by debit card, but something went wrong and the transactions was not completed and the Web site was closed. I have been trying to access the site since and my Id and password have been rejected over and over. what do I do now?
