You need to contact customer care using one of the direct support options at:

https://www.exede.com/contact-us/

Phone is probably the best option - 855-463-9333

This is one of those conversations that could be closed to further comment - it's going downhill from here.

Send the email to viasatlistens as requested - that will take you outside of the normal support channel directly to the corporate social media care team. You need to include your account info with that email - that team doesn't know that from your sign in credentials here (and they have no way of locating your file). The email also authorizes them to take a look into the matter on your behalf. corporate employees can't just blindly go about snooping into your account based on a semi-autonomous post in a public forum.

First, thank you for your service. Unfortunately this happens sometimes. Send an email to Viasatlistens@viasat.com. That email goes straight to corporate and they will be able to resolve your problem.

I like Viasat but there really needs to be a class action lawsuit regarding this. These situations happen way to often.

What does that have to do with it?  Do you think that because I have had a coronary bypass and my prostate removed I am next?

Just reacting to the illogical connections of having unrelated events somehow being part of cause and effect of being ripped off, or reason to not be ripped off.

Pretty serious allegations without any elaboration.

The original poster served our country and is probably on a fixed income. The least you could do is show him some respect. It's bad enough that Viasat stole money from his bank account. He doesn't need you to make him feel even worse.

Accusing someone of theft is a serious allegation. This one is presented without facts. It's empty and hollow.

This isn't the first time Viasat has taken more money from an individual than they were authorized to do. There are many threads on this forum proving that.

I'm a very happy Viasat customer. Unfortunately that doesn't make it right to take someone's hard earned money without permission.

OK.  I'm closing this thread.  It went downhill fast.

Ervin, we cannot assist you from this forum, as it's public, and we will not ask for or allow personal information to be posted here.  Please reach out to us via email at ViasatListens@viasat.com, or call Care directly at 855-463-9333.

All others.  We have no information on this customer other than what has been posted above.  To assume anything is folly.

Once Ervin reaches out to us, we will work with him to determine the issue, and to correct it.
