called to cancel service -- was initially told I would have to sign contract online after installation so if I wasn't happy, I wasn't committed -- now I'm told that isn't true.  Streaming Netflix and HBO Go is not any faster than DSL -- still getting buffering issues.  Why would I sign up for 2 years of this?

Sorry the service has nkt been good for you. stay on the phone....cancel...pay the cancel fee and hooe you find something that fits your requirements.
